Crispy Tacos, Burger and Sandwich Recipe - Bean Tacos, Bean Burger, Bean sandwich using Veg Mayonnaise

These three recipes are a bunch of protein and taste. It is hard to make healthy as well as, fast food. This recipe will surely resolve your this issue as it has stuffing of boiled kidney beans which are enriched with protein.
Ingredients for Tacos
- Rajma (boiled) - 1 cup
- Tomato (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Cabbage (grated) - 1/4 cup
- Carrot (grated) - 1/4 cup
- Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 to 2 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 to 2
- Ginger baton (finely chopped) - 1/2 inch
- Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon - 1/2
- Dr.Oetkar Funfoods Veg Mayonnaise Original
- Salt - more than 1/2 tsp
How to make Tacos
Take a cup of kidney beans in a bowl, add a finely chopped tomato, a 1/4 cup of grated carrot, a 1/4 cup of grated cabbage, some finely chopped green coriander, a 1/2 inch of finely chopped ginger baton, a finely chopped green chilli, a 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder,a 1/4 teaspoon of Garam Masala, a 1/2 teaspoon of crushed roasted cumin seeds, a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it.
Squeeze lemon juice of a 1/2 lemon to it. Add 4 teaspoon of Dr.Oetkar Funfoods Veg Mayonnaise Original to it and mix well. The stuffing is ready. Take a Chapati, place some stuffing on a side to it.
Fold to give it a shape of Taco and melt a 1/2 teaspoon of butter in a pan. Place the Taco in it for cooking and cook it on low to medium flame for a minute. Flip and cook it from other side for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
After cooking it rightly pink, hold and cook it crispy from the back side too. The Taco is ready to be served. Cook another taco likewise and spread some mayo over it while serving.
Garnish with grated carrot and green coriander. Place some salad beside it and tacos are ready to be served.
Suggestions
You can increase or decrease the quantity of red chilli powder as per your taste.
Ingredients for burger
- Rajma (boiled) - 1 cup
- Burger bun - 2
- Potato (boiled) - 1
- Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 to 2 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 to 2
- Ginger baton (finely chopped) - 1/2 inch
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Slurry - 1/4 cup
- Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Dr.Oetkar Funfoods Veg Mayonnaise Original
- Salt - more than 1/2 tsp
- Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber (grated/sliced)
How to make burger
Take a cup of boiled kidney beans in a bowl, add a boiled and peeled potato to it. Mash both the ingredients well. Add a 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 finely chopped green chillies, a 1/2 inch of finely chopped ginger baton, a 1/2 teaspoon of roasted crushed cumin seeds to it.
Add some finely chopped green coriander,a 1/4 cup of bread crumbs to it and mix well. The mixture will be ready to make the cutlet of burger. Use some slurry of a 1/4 cup of refined flour. It should have the running consistency.
Add a 1/8 teaspoon of salt to it and mix well. For assembling the cutlet lift some mixture and bind it. After binding it, give it a shape of cutlet. Dip it in slurry from all sides to coat it.
Coat it with the bread crumbs and press it softly. Assemble another cutlet likewise. Take a pan, melt some butter in it and place cutlets for frying. Spread some butter over it and cook it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Flip it and cook more for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy golden brown from both sides. After cooking the cutlet, take a burger and cut it from the center. Add some butter and cook bun until crispy.
After cooking it crispy, assemble it. Place its bottom part on the plate, spread some Dr.Oetkar Funfoods Veg Mayonnaise Original over it. Place a teaspoon of it and spread it.
Place a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, cucumber slice and a cutlet. Spread some mayo and cover it with other bun. Place some french fries along with it while serving it. The burger is ready to be served.
Suggestions
Grind bread in a grinder for the bread crumbs.
Ingredients for sandwich

- Cottage cheese - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 to 2 tbsp
- Butter - 1 to 2 tbsp
- Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 to 2
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Dr.Oetkar Funfoods Veg Mayonnaise Original
- Bread slice - 4
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make a sandwich
Take a cup of kidney bean, add a 1/4 cup of bell pepper, a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, a 1 to 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green coriander, 2 finely chopped green chillies, a teaspoon of Chaat Masala, a 1/4 teaspoon of salt to it.
Add some Dr.Oetkar Funfoods Veg Mayonnaise Original to it and mix well. The stuffing is ready. Take a bread slice, spread some mayo over it and stuffing too. Take a pan, spread some butter and place the sandwich for cooking on low to medium flame.
Assemble another sandwich likewise and cover it with bread. Spread some butter again and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, flip it and cook from other side until golden brown.
After cooking it desirably, it is ready to be served. Serve it along with chips and desired dips.
Suggestions
You can use capsicum instead of bell peppers.
