Banana Pancakes Recipe Eggless
Eggless banana pancake, prepared with ripped bananas and wheat flour are slightly crispy and puffy-soft from inside. You can serve these tempting green cardamom flavored pancake in breakfast or pack them in lunch for kids.

Ingredients for Eggless Banana Pancake
- Banana – 1
- Refined flour – ¾ cup (100 grams)
- Wheat flour – 1/3 cup (50 grams)
- Powdered sugar – 2 tsp
- Salt – less than ¼ tsp
- Green cardamom – 4 (coarsely ground)
- Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
- Ghee – 4 to 5 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
How to make eggless Banana Pancakes
For making banana pancake, take refined flour in a big bowl and add sugar, salt, cardamom and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients really well.
Peel the banana, chop in small chunks and with help of a spoon mash finely) you can mash the banana along with milk in mixture grinder). After mashing the banana, add milk into it, followed by refined flour and wheat flour. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are mixed nicely and all the lumps are dissolved. The batter should be smooth.
Add 2 tsp ghee in the batter and mix. Batter is ready and now keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Place a non stick pan over flame for making the pancakes. Heat the tawa well and spread some ghee over it. The flame should be low and tawa should be little warm. Take 1 tsp batter and pour over the tawa. Spread it in circular shape, keeping it thick. Pour some ghee all around the pancake and some on the top. Roast the pancake on medium flame until it gets slightly brown in color from beneath.
Flip the side, when it turns slightly brown in color from beneath and cook from the other side as well until golden brown. Take off the pancake from tawa when cooked from both sides. Likewise, prepare rest of the pancakes. With this much batter 10 to 12 pancakes can be prepared. Serve piping hot scrumptious and mouth drooling banana pancakes with jam, butter or honey and relish eating. You can even serve these pancakes with tarty-sour pickles, they taste delicious. Serve a glass of milk along with pancakes to kids. This is a healthy and nutritious breakfast for them.
