Fruit Custard Recipe
Fruit custard is a delicious and nutritious desert which can be prepared very easily. This can be prepared on any special occasion or whenever you have leftover fruits at home.

Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Custard
- Grapes - 200 grams
- Pomegranate - 1
- Mango - 1
- Apple - 1
- Cream - 1 cup (200 grams)
- Sugar - 3/4 cup (150 grams)
- Vanilla custard - more than 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1 ltr (full cream)
How to Make Fruit Custard ?
Take milk in any vessel and place it on flame. Keep 3/4 cup cold milk for later use. Add custard powder in cold milk and stir until all lumps dissolve. After 4-5 minutes, when milk starts simmering, add custard batter steadily. Keep stirring the milk with help of a spoon. Add entire custard batter and mix nicely. Add sugar as well. Stir the milk-custard batter rigorously and cook for 7-8 minutes until it gets thick in consistency.
Stir the cream and then churn
Peel mango and apple and dice in small pieces. Peel pomegranate and use seeds. Remove the stalk of grapes.
After custard gets cooled, add chopped fruits and cream into it. Mix all ingredients nicely. Keep the custard in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Custard tastes more tempting once cooled. Serve chilled and mouth watering fruit custard after lunch or dinner or whenever you feel like eating something chilled and sweet.
You can use fruits as per your choice. You can skip the use of fruits you don't like or are not available. Avoid adding watermelon as its too juicy and can make fruit custard thin in consistency.
