The young generation and kids devour eating chocolate coconut balls prepared with melted white chocolate and dry coconut powder. Making them is really easy as well.

Ingredients for Chocolate and Coconut Truffles
- Chocolate White compound - 200 grams
- Dry coconut powder - 50 grams
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
How to make Chocolate and Coconut balls
Chop the chocolate finely in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds. Take out the bowl and stir the chocolate nicely. Now microwave the chocolate again for 30 seconds.
Take out the chocolate bowl and stir it well for long duration. The chocolate is still not melted nicely. Microwave it again for 10 more seconds. Melted chocolate is now ready.
Now melt the butter in the microwave as well. Mix the melted butter to the cream and stir really well. Now mix this mixture to the melted chocolate, it will start getting thick in the consistency. Now add coconut powder and mix everything really well. Mixture for making the ladoos is now ready.
Take little amount of mixture in your hands and roll in a round shape. Coat this ladoo with the coconut powder and place them on a plate. Similarly prepare rest of the ladoos as well.
Suggestions:
- Don't microwave the chocolate for longer duration. Microwave for 3o to 40 seconds first and then continue melting with less time duration. If you will microwave the chocolate for 2 minutes constantly then it turns hard and over cooked. The chocolate doesn't melts.
- If the mixture appears little thin in consistency then place it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 minutes. This will make the mixture little harder and you will be able to bind the ladoos.
- For 20 to 22 ladoos
- Time - 20 minutes
