Ingredients for Mix Vegetable Rayta

  • Curd - 2 cup (whisked)
  • Potatoes - 1 (boiled)
  • Tomato - 1
  • Cucumber - 1
  • Green coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - less than 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder - less than 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make Mix Veg Raita

Cut the cucumber at both the ends and peel it. Cut in small chunks. Also chop the tomatoes into fine chunks. Peel the potatoes and chop down in to small pieces. 

Mix all these minced veggies into whisked curd. Also add salt, black salt, black pepper powder, sugar, red chili powder, half the amount of cumin powder and half the amount of green coriander. Mix everything really well and mix veg raita is ready.

Garnish with some cumin powder and finely chopped green coriander. Super tempting and delicious mix vegetable raita is ready, serve it along your meals.

Suggestion

  • You can use any other vegetable like carrot, onion, kakdi and so on as per the availability or you taste.
