Eno Fruit Salt

Eno fruit salt is a combination of baking soda, citric acid and soda S. It have 46% of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), 44% citric acid and 10% soda S (sodium carbonate). It can be brought from any glossary store or medical store easily.

To make baking soda active it requires being sour but when we use eno salt various other kinds of savoring is not required as it already consist of it.
This mixture is used for baking or fermenting streamed products. We use eno salt for making idli, dhokala etc.
If you don’t have eno salt while preparing a recipe, then use baking soda or mix curd with the ingredients.
Main role of eno salt is to fight with the problem of stomach acidity. Mix it in water and then drink. There is no harm in using it for baking recipes but according to doctors regular intake of eno salt to curb acidity can be harmful.

when we mix all ingredient it starts reaction and become wet and there is no power later due to acidic reaction so please give solution as baking soda and citric start acidic reaction due to which it does not remain in powder form please give solution
