Take ghee in a wok and heat to melt. When ghee melts, add sattu and mix well. Stir constantly and cook on medium-low flame. Within 5-6 minute sattu gets cooked. Turn off the gas and take out mixture in a separate bowl so that it cools quickly. If you wish to cool down the temperature of sattu quickly than it can be place in refrigerator.
Cut almonds, cashew and pistachios in fine pieces. Peel cardamom and make coarse powder from it.
Add powdered sugar, diced cashews, almonds, pistachios and cardamom powder into sattu when it cools down. Mix all ingredients nicely. Mixture for making ladoo is ready.
Take little amount of mixture in your hands and press gently giving it shape of a ladoo. Prepare ladoos from whole mixture and place them on a plate. Garnish all ladoos with pistachios. Appetizing and delectable Sattu ladoo are ready. Serve and enjoy eating. Store rest of the ladoos in an air tight container for around 2 months.
Suggestions:
Don't add powdered sugar in hot sattu as this can make the mixture thin in texture and it will become difficult to bind the ladoos together.
