Dosa Sandwich is a tasty snack, you can make it and have for breakfast or for tea time when you feel a little hungry. It is a very good tasty and nutritious choice to pack for your child's tiffin.

Ingredients for Dosa Sandwich
Rice and Dal 's Idli mixture - 1 1/2 cup
Bread slice - 4
Salt - 1/3 tsp (add to taste)
Green coriander(dhaniya) - 1 to 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch long piece(grated)
Green chilly - 1 finely chopped(if you want)
Oil - 2 tbsp
How to make Dosa Sandwich
Put salt, green coriander and ginger to the Idli mixture and blend all the ingredients properly.
Heat a flat pan(tawa) and grease it with little oil.
Coat a bread slice with the mixture on both sides and place it on the hot pan to fry. Pour 1 tsp oil all around the sandwich and also pour some on it.
Turn the sandwich to the other side (when its lower surface turns brown) and fry till this surface also turns brown. Keep the fried sandwich on a plate, similarly fry all the sandwiches in this manner.
Serve Dosa Sandwich with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup and eat.
Send Dosa Sandwich in your child's tiffin along with some tomato ketchup.
Suggestion:
Dosa Sandwich acn be prepared in this same manner using Suji and curd mix. To make the mixture put 1 cup Suji in 1 cup of beaten curd, keep for 10 minutes then mix the above listed spices and prepare sandwich in the same way.
