Or something that can be easily made for breakfast in the morning. Today we are going to make something similar which will be made instantly, Cheese Chilli Toast.
Ingredients to make Cheese Chilli Toast
Butter - 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli - 1 chopped
Green Capsicum - 1 chopped
Red Capsicum - 1 chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp
Bread Slice- 4
Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup (grated)
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Steps to make Cheese Chilli Toast
In a small bowl, take 2-3 tbsp of butter, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of finely chopped capsicum, 1 tsp of finely chopped red capsicum (can skip if red capsicum is not available) and 1 tsp of green coriander and mix the mixture. If you are taking unsalted butter, then do add salt to it as per taste.
Now roast 4 bread slices lightly from one side in the pan. Remember, the bread should not be overcooked and only roast from one side. If the bread is fried from one side, then the cheese chillies become toasty and crispy. Now keep the slices on a plate and apply the prepared butter mixture on the roasted side. After applying the mixture, spread mozzarella cheese on it. Remember not to fill too much cheese on the sides of the bread as cheese melts and spreads. After this add some chilli flakes, you can add a little more or less as per your choice.
Now put 1 spoon of butter in the pan and keep the bread covered and roasted. After roasting on low flame for 5 minutes, when the cheese melts well, take it out. Cheese Chilli Toast will be ready, similarly roast the rest of the bread slices. Enjoy delicious Cheese Chilli Toast with ketchup by cutting it in the middle or as such.
