After frying, add spinach, fenugreek and bathua to it and cook them for two minutes while stirring continuously.  After the time is up, let them cool down.

Now knead the dough by mixing them.  After binding them, take some oil on hand and knead it again.  Although water is not required, if the dough seems a little dry, then add 1-2 teaspoons of water and knead it.  In this way the dough will be ready.

Process of Steaming Muthia

Heat water in the pan, then take a sieve which can be kept on this pan and cover it completely.  Grease the sieve with oil, then after applying some oil on your hand, break a little dough and place it on the sieve giving it an oval shape.  Keep as many as you can and keep them at a distance.

When the water comes to a boil, keep the sieve on the pan, then cover it and let it cook for 15 minutes.  When the time is up, they will be ready, take them out and let them cool down.  When they cool down, cut into ½-¾ cm thickness, cut them in the same way.  In this way muthia will be ready, serve them with chutney and tomato sauce.

Process of frying Muthia

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.  Put ½ tsp of mustard seeds in hot oil and let them crackle.  Reduce the flame down, then add ½ tsp of cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and fry them lightly.

After roasting, keep as many pieces of muthia in it as can come, cook it for 1 minute.  After the time is up, turn them over and cook from the other side for 1 minute.  They will be roasted, take them out and put some oil in the same pan and roast the rest in the same way.  Muthias are roasted, serve them with chutney and tomato sauce and enjoy the taste with your family.
