How to make the aloo laccha dry fruit namkeen

For potatoes laccha

Take 4 potatoes, wash, peel, grate and wipe them using a cotton cloth.

Preheat the oil to fry potato laccha and add 1 laccha in oil to check whether it has heated or not.

Moderately heated oil is required to fry the potatoes laccha so add them in the wok according to its capacity. Stir and flip the frying lacchas when the foam reduces. Fry until they are light brown on the medium flame.

Drain them out once they appear brown. Keep them in a deep strainer so that extra oil moves back in the wok.

For sago pearls

Take 1/2 cup of the larger sized sago pearls, add 1 tbsp of water and mix them. Again, mix them after 2 or 3 minutes.

Moderately heated oil and the medium flame is required to fry the sago pearls. Add all the sago pearls to fry and stir while frying them. Turn the flame to medium and sago pearls will fry when they bloat or expand. Drain them out and keep aside

For the peanuts

Add 1 cup of peanuts and fry until their colour changes on the low-medium flame.

The peanuts will crack when they are fried and have a soothing fragrance. Drain them out in 6 minutes.

You can add dry fruits according to your taste and increase or decrease the quantity also.

We added fewer spices because we are making it for fasting but, If you are making it to eat generally then you can add chaat masala, Red chilli powder, Cumin seeds powder, Mango powder or you add any spice according to your taste.
