Gajar Ka Gajrela - Gajar ka special Halwa
Appealing and delicious in taste. Here is a special halwa for winters. Gajrela eaten hot or chilled will taste mouth drooling anyways.

Ingredients for Gajar ka gajrela :
- Peeled carrots - 4 (500 gms )
- Sugar - 1/2 cup (125 gms )
- Cashews - 10 to 12
- Almonds - 10 to 12
- Full cream milk - 500 ml
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Green Cardamoms - 4
How to make Gajar ka special halwa.
Put full cream milk to boil. Turn on flame. Take washed and peeled carrots. Remove both the ends from the carrot.Grate the carrots.
Once milk is boiled well, Add grated carrot to the milk.Mix it.Cook until dense.
Chop almonds into fine pieces, cashews into 2 halves. Grind and peel green cardamoms.
Check if the Gajrela has reached the desired consistency. Add sugar and mix well.
Meanwhile to roast dry fruits. Turn on flame, heat ghee in a pan. When ghee melts,Add cashews and almonds. Slightly roast them.
Add the roasted dry fruits to the gajrela, Save some for garnishing. Add cardamom powder to it, mix well.
Mouth drooling Gajrela is ready.Take it out in a bowl. Garnish with a bit of dry fruits.You can serve it steaming hot or you can serve it chilled too.
You can add dry fruits even without roasting.
