Amla(Emblica) Chutney is very tasty. It can be eaten with samosas, kachoris or pakoras. This chutney is very nutritious when eaten during meals everyday. It improves stomach digestion and removes iron deficiency in the blood.

- Ingredients for Amla Chutney
- Amla ——— 100 grams
- Green coriander(dhaniya) ——– 50 grams
- Green chillies ——– 2 to 3
- Black pepper ——– 7 to 8
- Heeng(asafoetida) ——– 1 to 2 pinch
- Salt ——– add to taste
- How to make Amla Chutney
Wash then cut Amlas and remove their seeds. Wash coriander and green chillies and chop them into big pieces.
Make a fine paste of Amlas, green chillies, black pepper, Heeng and salt. Delicious and nutritious Amla Chutney is ready...!!
