Summer Special White Laddu

In the summer season, when we feel like eating laddus, we stop just because they will be hot. That's why today we are going to make summer special white laddus. It is very easy to make them and they are amazing in taste. They are so soft that they dissolve as soon as they are kept in the mouth. If you feed them to the guests, they will also ask you for its recipe. So with this easy recipe, make special white laddus of summer and enjoy their taste with your family.
Ingredients for Summer Special White Laddu
Desi Ghee - 1 cup (170 grams)
Semolina - 1 cup (150 grams)
Refined Flour - 1 cup (150 grams)
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 2 cups (300 g)
Process of making Summer Special White Laddu
Put half the ghee from 1 cup of ghee in a pan and heat it. Then put 1 cup of semolina in hot ghee and fry it on low-medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. After 2 minutes, add 1 cup of all purpose flour and fry it on low-medium flame while stirring continuously.
After mixing well, the mixture will become dry, add some more ghee to it and fry it while stirring continuously. Fry them on low-medium flame, stirring continuously, till a slight aroma comes and a slight change in colour. When the mixture becomes thin, turn off the flame and take it out in a bowl and cool it by stirring it.
When it cools down, add 1/4 cup of raisins cut in half and 2 tsp of small cardamom powder and mix it well. When the mixture cools down completely, add 2 cups of sugar powder and mix it well. Once mixed well, make laddus big or small as you like. In this way, the special white laddus of summer will be ready, serve them and enjoy their taste.
Suggestions
Do not mix all the ghee in semolina refined flour at once, mix it little by little.
The flame is to be kept low-medium while frying the mixture.
After the mixture is roasted, take it out in a separate vessel, because it will darken from below by keeping it in the pan.
When the mixture cools down completely, add sugar powder to it.
You can keep these laddus for more than 4 months and eat them.
