Dum Aloo in palak gravy no onion garlic

Today we are going to make Palak Wale Dum Aloo for special occasions. This is a very tasty recipe and will be ready in a jiffy. Your family and guests will love this vegetable made with a rich texture. You can make it like this for any house party or special occasions as well as any other normal day. Ingredients for Dum Aloo in Green Gravy
Spinach - 1/2 kg
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Boiled Potato - 7, small
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Large Cardamom - 1
Black pepper - 5
Cloves - 2
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaves - 1
Green Chilli - Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Gram Flour - 1 tsp
Kasuri Fenugreek - 1 tbsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Cashew - 15
Salt - more than 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Fresh Malai - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Process of making Palak Puree
Boil ½ litre of water, 1 tsp of sugar and ½ tsp of salt in a pot. When water comes to a boil, wash and dry ½ kg of spinach thoroughly and remove the sticks and put in it. Now cook it for 3-4 minutes, after two minutes make sure to turn it once.
When the time is up, the spinach will be cooked, filter it and pour cold water over it. Then let it cool down in the sieve itself. When it cools down, put it in a mixer jar and grind it finely. In this way spinach puree will be ready.
Process of roasting the Potatoes
Boil 7 small potatoes and peel them. Then cut them into two halves. Put ½ tsp of salt on it and mix it well. Then peel 1 big cardamom in the crusher, add 5 black pepper and 2 cloves and crush it coarsely.
Now put 3 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat it. Put chopped potatoes in hot oil and fry them on low-medium flame from below. Then turn them over and roast them till they become light golden from all sides. Take them out when they are cooked.
Process of making Dum Aloo in Green Gravy
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan. Reduce the flame to low and saute ½ tsp of cumin, 1 bay leaf, coarsely ground spices and 1 tsp of green chilli-ginger paste a bit. Then add 1 tsp of gram flour and fry it lightly.
When roasted, add 1 tbsp of crushed dry fenugreek to it. Now grind ½ cup of curd and 15 cashews. Turn off the flame and put the paste of cashew curd in the pan and mix it well. Then turn on the flame, fry it on low flame, stir continuously, till oil separates.
When the oil separates from the spices, add spinach puree and ½ cup of water and mix it well. Then add a little more than ½ tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sugar and mix it well. When the gravy starts boiling, add roasted potatoes and mix it well.
When mixed well, add 2 tbsp of homemade cream and mix it well. Then cover it and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add some green coriander and mix it and turn off the flame. In this way Palak Wale Dum Aloo will be ready, serve them and enjoy their taste.
Suggestions
You can remove sugar if you want.
The gravy has to be cooked on low flame only.
