Quick way to make pakoda kadhi

In this summer season, it becomes very difficult to stay in the kitchen for a long time. That's why today we will prepare Pakoda Kadhi in a very short time. It will be prepared in very less time and its taste will be exactly like traditional kadhi. We will make it in the cooker. So you too make Pakoda Kadhi with this easy recipe and enjoy its taste with your family.
Ingredients for Kadhi In Cooker
Gram Flour - 1 cup (100 grams)
Curd - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Green Chilli - 4
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
For Tadka
Oil - 1.5 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1/4 tsp

Process of making solution for Kadhi and Pakora
Take 2 tbsp more than ½ cup out of 1 cup of gram flour and put it in a bowl. Then add some water to it and mix well, eliminating the lumps. After mixing, cover it and keep it for 10 minutes.
Now put the remaining gram flour and ¾ cup of curd in the mixer jar and beat it. Then put 3 cups of water in it and keep it covered.
Process of making Pakora
After 10 minutes, whisk the batter while stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Then if it seems a bit too thick, add some water to it and mix it well. Put some oil in a pan and heat it, the oil should be medium hot and the flame should be medium.
Put the pakoras in hot oil for frying with the help of a spoon or hand and let them fry. After frying from the bottom, flip them, fry them till they turn golden brown. After frying, take them out and fry the rest in the same way and take them out on a plate. In this way the pakoras will be ready.
Process of making Kadhi
Put 1 tbsp of oil in the cooker and heat it. Put a little less than ¼ tsp of fenugreek seeds, ¼ tsp of cumin seeds, 1 pinch asafoetida and curry solution, along with ½ cup of water in hot oil. Cook them on high flame while stirring continuously till they come to a boil.
Meanwhile, add 4 whole green chillies, ¼ tsp of turmeric and ½ tsp of crushed red chillies. Cook them while stirring continuously. When it comes to a boil, leave it stirring and add 1 tsp of salt and pakoras and mix it.
Then close the cooker and cook it on high flame. When the whistle starts, reduce the flame to low and cook it for 3 minutes. Then turn off the flame and take out the pressure of the cooker and let it cool down. In this way the kadhi will be ready.
Process of making the Tadka
Put 1.5 tsp of oil in a tadka pan and heat it. Put ¼ tsp of cumin in hot oil and turn off the flame. Then add 1 whole red chilli and fry it lightly. Then add ¼ tsp of kashmiri red chilli and mix it.
Now put this tempering in the curry and stir it lightly. In this way, the tadka kadhi will be ready. Serve it with roti, rice or paratha and enjoy the taste.
Suggestions
While making the batter for pakoras, salt is not added to it.
After putting the spices and batter in the cooker, cook the curry on high flame by stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.
