Quick way to make Halwa Kala Chana Prasad

After worshipping at the end of Navratri, Kanjak is seated. For the same, today we are going to make Halwa and sookhe kale chane. We will make them in the taste of Bhandara. These are quick to make and are very tasty. So you too make this prasad of halwa and sookhe kale chane and enjoy their taste.
Ingredients for Chana Halwa Prashad
For Sookhe Kale Chane
Desi Chickpea - 1 cup (200 grams)
Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
Green Chilli -2, finely chopped
Green Chilli - 2, cut lengthwise
Salt - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves
Ginger Julienne
For Sooji ka Halwa
Ghee - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Semolina - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Gram Flour - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (125 g)
Chironji - 1 tbsp
Cashews - 1 tbsp, chopped
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Almond Flakes - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 4, coarsely crushed
Process of making Sookhe Kale Chane
Wash and soak 1 cup of desi gram thoroughly overnight. On the second day, take out their water and keep them. Now in a bowl add 2 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of dry mango powder and some water, mix them well.
Now heat the cooker and put 3 tbsp of oil in it and heat it. Reduce the flame to low, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and fry them lightly. Then add 1 pinch of asafoetida, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 2 finely chopped green chilies and 2 green chilies cut lengthwise. Fry them lightly.
Then add the mixture of spices and fry it while stirring continuously. When the oil comes over the masala, add soaked gram, 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of garam masala. Turn up the flame and fry them for 1 minute while mixing them well.
Then add ½ cup of water to it and mix it well. Close the cooker and cook on high flame till one whistle. After a whistle, reduce the flame to low and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the flame and let the cooker cool down.
When the cooker cools down, open it and stir them well. Then add some green coriander and ginger julienne in it and mix it well. In this way sookhe kale chane will be ready, take them out in a bowl.
Process of making Sooji ka Halwa
After heating the pan, save a little ghee out of ½ cup of ghee and put the rest in the pan and melt it. Then add ½ cup of semolina and fry it on low-medium flame while stirring continuously. After frying for 2 minutes, add 1 tbsp of gram flour and fry it while stirring continuously. Fry it while stirring continuously till it turns brown.
After roasting, reduce the flame to low and add 2 cups of water to it. Cover the semolina on low-medium flame and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. After the time is up, stir it once, cover and let it cook for 3 more minutes.
When the time is up, add ½ cup to 2 tbsp more sugar and mix it well. Cook it open while stirring it occasionally. When it becomes slightly thick, add 1 tbsp of chironji, 1 tbsp of chopped cashews, 1 tbsp of raisins and 1 tbsp of almond flakes. Mix them well and cook.
Then add the remaining ghee to it and mix it well. Now in the end add 4 coarsely crushed cardamom and mix it well. Turn off the flame and take out the halwa. In this way sooji ka halwa and sookhe kale chane will be ready. Serve these to the girls, you eat and enjoy its taste.
Suggestions
For halwa, roast semolina on low-medium flame.
