How to make Makhana Panjiri

Only Panjiri is distributed in the offerings of Janmashtami, and not only Janmashtami, there are many such festivals in which Panjiri is distributed. Today we are going to make Makhana Dry Fruit Panjiri. This Panjiri is very dear to both Kanha ji and his devotees.
Ingredients for Makhana Dry Fruit Panjiri
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Fox Nuts - 1 cup (25 grams)
Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
Almond flakes - 2 tbsp
Cashews - 2 tbsp
Dry Coconut - 4 tbsp
Green Cardamom - 6
Boora or powdered sugar - ½ cup
Pistachio Flakes - 2 tbsp
Process of making Makhana Dry Fruit Panjiri
Put 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan and heat it. Put 1 cup of butter in hot ghee and fry it on low-medium flame. When the color changes slightly, take them out in a bowl. Now put 1 tsp of ghee in that pan and heat it, then put melon seeds in it and fry till it swells.
After the melon seeds are roasted, add 2 tbsp of almond flakes and 2 tbsp of half chopped cashews in the same remaining ghee and fry till a good aroma comes. Then add 4 tbsp of dry grated coconut and fry all three together. After roasting, put them on the plate along with the seeds.
Now make a coarse powder by crushing 6 green cardamoms. Make a light coarse powder by adding roasted corn in the mixer jar. Put the powder in a bowl and add ½ cup of boora to it and mix this mixture well. Now the dry fruits which were prepared after roasting, cut 2 tbsp of pistachios and add cardamom powder to this mixture and mix it well, Makhana dry fruit panjiri will be ready.
Suggestions
In place of almonds, cashews and pistachios, you can take any dry fruit.
