Recipe for Eggless Chocolate Banana Cake
Chocolate Banana Cake is liked by every child. Apart from being delicious, it is also very beneficial for the health of children. Today we are going to make Chocolate Banana Cake and we will make this cake in a cooker or pan. This eggless cake will be ready with a very easy method and with very few ingredients.
Ingredients for Banana Choco Cake
Maida - 1.5 cups (200 grams)
Cocoa Powder - ½ cup (30 grams)
Baking Powder - 1.5 tbsp
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Banana - Banana - 2
Sugar - ¾ cup (100 grams)
Oil - ½ cup (90 ml)
Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Milk - ¾ cup (150 ml)
Walnuts - ½ cup
Salt - 2 cups
Process of making Batter for Chocolate Banana Cake
Put a sieve on a large bowl, add 1.5 cups of all purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 1.5 tsp of baking powder, ¼ tsp of baking soda and 1 pinch of salt and sieve all these things together.
Cut 2 bananas in a mixer jar and add ¼ cup of sugar and blend it well. Now add ½ cup of olive oil to it and blend it well once more. A fine paste will be ready. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and 2 tsp of lemon juice to this paste and mix this mixture well.
Now mix both the mixture well, remember that while mixing, the spatula has to be stirred in the same direction, it makes less lumps. The batter will be very thick when mixed, so add ¾ cup of milk little by little. After mixing milk, break ½ cup of walnuts into half and put them in the batter. The cake batter will be ready.
Process of preparing container for cake
Grease a round container with oil. Then cut a butter paper of the same size and keep it in this container and grease it with oil. The container for making the cake will be ready.
Process of baking Chocolate Banana Cake
Take the cake batter and put it in the container and set the batter well. Then put half the remaining walnuts and 1 tbsp of choco chips on it, the cake will be ready to be baked. Put 2-3 cups of salt in a cooker and keep a stand on it. Now heat it for about 7-8 minutes so that a temperature is formed in the cooker.
Reduce the flame to low and keep the container inside the cooker and cover the cooker. Remember, there should neither be a gasket nor a whistle in the lid of the cooker. Now turn up the flame to medium and let the cake bake for 40 minutes.
After the time is up, put a stick in the cake and check, if the batter sticks on the stick, then it means that the cake is not ready yet. Cover it and cook for 10 minutes. Check it again after 10 minutes, if the batter does not stick on the stick, then the cake will be ready.
Take it out and cool it, cover it with a cloth so that it remains soft from above. After cooling, separate the cake from the side of the container with the help of a knife. Now take out the cake by keeping the plate on top and remove the butter paper from the cake as well. Straighten the cake, in this way the chocolate banana cake will be ready. Serve it and enjoy its taste.

Keep the flame low-medium while the cake is baking, and do not open the cooker before 40 minutes as the cake will be swelling and if the cooker is opened then all the temperature that has been created inside will come out.
