Everyone is very fond of eating namkeen and if this namkeen is homemade healthy namkeen, then the amount you eat is less. Today we are going to make Sabudana Makhana Namkeen Sweet Mixer. This is very tasty namkeen and it does not take much time to prepare it. Also, you can eat it by keeping it for a long time, but it will become so delicious that you will finish eating it in no time.
Ingredients for Sabudana Namkeen Mixture
Sago - 1 cup
Peanuts - 1 cup
Fox Nuts - 1 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Raisin - ½ cup
Rock Salt - 1.5 tsp
Sugar Powder - 4 tbsp
Process of frying Sabudana
Heat oil fast in a pan. Then put some of the 1 cup of sago in the pan and let it swell up and fry. As soon as they come up, reduce the flame a little and fry them till they change color slightly. Remember, you have to keep stirring them in between. After frying, take them out and fry the rest of the sabudana in the same way.
Process of frying Peanuts
Put 1 cup of peanuts in the same pan and fry on low flame. As soon as the color of the peanuts starts changing and slowly the aroma starts coming out, take them out. Remember, while frying them, keep stirring them for a while.
Process of frying Coconuts
Put 1 cup of coconut in the same pan and fry it on medium flame. Fry it till it changes color and take it out. Remember, keep stirring the coconut continuously so that all are fried equally.
Process of frying Makhana
Take out the oil from this pan and heat it by adding 1 tbsp of oil. When the oil is hot, put 1 cup of makhana in it and fry it in a little oil while stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Take them out as soon as their color starts changing slightly.
Process of making Sabudana Makhana Namkeen Mixture
After preparing all the ingredients, put sago, peanut, coconut and then makhana in a big bowl. Then add 1.5 tsp of rock salt and 4 tbsp of boora or powdered sugar and mix the whole mixture well. After this add ½ cup of raisins and mix it. In this way, Sabudana Makhana Mixture will be ready as a salty sweet mixer.
Suggestions
When the oil is hot enough, add the sabudana and when it swells up, reduce the flame a little.
Fry the sabudana in the oil till the bubbles reduce and the color changes slightly.
