Turmeric - ¼ tsp

Red Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp

Oil - 2 tsp

Mustard Seeds - ½ tsp

Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped

Curry Leaves - 10-12

Capsicum - 1/2

Carrot - 2-3 tbsp

Salt - ½ tsp

Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp

Process of making Bread Upma Recipe

Cut 5 bread slices into your desired size.  Then add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and ¼ tsp of red chilli powder to ½ cup of curd and mix well (the curd should not be too cold or too sour).

Put 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it.  When the oil is hot, add ½ tsp of mustard seeds and let it crackle a bit.  After roasting, add 1 finely chopped green chili, 10-12 curry leaves, ½ cup of finely chopped capsicum and 2-3 tbsp of finely chopped carrots and fry them on medium flame till they become slightly crisp.

After the vegetables are lightly roasted, turn off the flame and add curd to it when it cools down a bit.  Reduce the flame to low and cook by adding spices and curd.  Remember to keep stirring it, and when the curd starts boiling, then add ½ tsp of salt to it.  Now add chopped bread to it and mix it with spices and fry for a minute.

As soon as the coating of spices comes on the bread, it is ready, now put green coriander on them and serve them.  In this way, the delicious bread upma will be ready.

Bread can be cut in any shape according to your choice.

If you do not have curry leaves, you can also remove them.
