Put 1-1.5 tsp of oil in the pan and heat it.  Put ½ tsp of cumin, 2 finely chopped green chillies, ½ tsp of grated ginger and ¼ tsp of turmeric in hot oil.  Now fry them lightly and peel and break 2 boiled potatoes.  Then add ½ tsp of coriander powder, ¼ tsp of crushed red chilli, ¼ tsp of amchur powder, ½ tsp of salt, ⅛ tsp of garam masala and 1-2 tbsp of green coriander.

Now roast them while mixing and mashing them well.  Fry them well on low-medium flame, break the big potatoes and mash them.  In this way the stuffing will be ready, take it out and cool it.

Process of making Stuffed Tawa Naan

Take some dry flour on your hand and mash the dough well.  Then after applying some flour on the wheel, keep the dough on it, spread it a little and cut its balls.  Cut a ball of the same size and keep it in a plate after making a round and then keep all of them covered.

Now take a dough, apply flour on the wheel and roll it a little and fill some masala potatoes in it.  Close the dough and press it by applying some flour on top.  Now spread it lightly by pressing so that the stuffing inside also spreads evenly.  Then roll it lightly with a rolling pin, do not make it too big.  Put some green coriander on it and stick it by rolling it with a rolling pin.

Now heat the tawa and place the naan on it.  Then cover and cook for 2 minutes on low-medium flame.  After the time is up, turn it over, then cook it on both the sides till light brown spots appear.  Put them on a plate and apply butter or olive oil on it.  Bharwa naan will be ready, similarly prepare the rest.

Process of making normal Naan

Take a ball and apply flour on it and press it with your hand.  Then roll it with a rolling pin, after enlarging, apply some water on it, add some green coriander and roll it lightly.  Then put it on the tawa and roast it till you get good brown spots from both the sides.  Plain naan will be ready, prepare all the naans in the same way.

Bharwa naan and plain naan will be ready in this way.  Process them with any juicy vegetable and enjoy their taste.

Make the naan dough soft.

After filling the stuffing, close it well and spread it by pressing it well with the fingers.  Then roll it with a light hand.

Keep the flame low-medium while roasting.
