Gobi Manchurian are very tasty and their fried rice is even more delicious. Today we are going to make Gobi Manchurian Fried Rice. They are made with a very easy method and they also take very less time to make. We will make this fried rice in street food style and its taste will also come out completely.
Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian Fried Rice
For Rice
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
For Gobi Manchurian
Cauliflower - 200 grams
Refined Flour - 4 tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
Oil for Frying
For Fried Rice
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped
Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
Capsicum - 1, thinly sliced
French Beans - ½ cup, finely chopped
Salt - ½ tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - ¼ tsp, ground
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Process of boiling rice
Boil 3-4 cups of water in a pot. When it comes to a boil, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil to it, then wash and soak 1 cup of basmati rice in water for 20 minutes. Now cover it (do not cover completely, leave it a little open) and cook for 5 minutes. After completion of time, if they are not cooked well, then cover and cook again for 2 minutes in the same way. In this way the rice will be ready.
After they are done, filter them and take out their water, take them out in a big tray and spread them and cool them.
Process of making Gobi Manchurian
Wash and dry 200 grams of cauliflower flower. In a bowl add cauliflower, 4 tbsp of all purpose flour, 2 tbsp of cornflour, ½ tsp of salt, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli, 1 tsp of grated ginger and 5-6 tsp of water and mix them.
Heat oil in the pan, the oil should be medium hot and the flame should also be medium. Now with the help of a spoon, put as many cabbage flowers in it as you can. Now roast them for 2 minutes, then while turning them, roast them till they turn golden brown and take them out. After frying, take them out and fry the rest in the same way.
Process of making Gobi Manchurian Fried Rice
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and spread the oil in the entire pan by rotating it. Put 1 tsp of grated ginger in hot oil and fry it lightly. Then add 1 finely chopped green chili, 1 carrot thinly sliced, 1 thinly sliced capsicum and ½ cup of chopped beans. Now fry them for 1-2 minutes while stirring continuously on high flame.
When the time is up, reduce the flame and add ½ tsp of salt, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white vinegar, 1 tsp of red chilli sauce, ¼ tsp of ground black pepper and 2 tbsp of tomato sauce. Now stir them while mixing, then add gobi manchurian to it and mix it well.
When the gobi manchurian is mixed well, add rice to it and mix it while stirring it with light hands. Take them out after mixing them well on low-medium flame. In this way, Gobi Manchurian Fried Rice will be ready.
Suggestions
While adding spices to the cabbage, pour the water carefully, it should not be too much. Just enough water to coat the spices on the cabbage.
While frying gobi manchurian, the oil should be medium-high hot and the flame should also be medium-high.
While roasting vegetables for rice, they just have to be roasted for 1-2 minutes while stirring continuously on high flame.
