Now apply some oil on the hand, then take some dough and roll it. It has to be rolled lengthwise, roll it and keep it on a plate. Make the rest in the same way, in this way the fara will be ready.
Process of making Chutney
Put 1 cup of green coriander, 3 green chilies, ½ inch of ginger, 1 tomato, ¾ tsp of rock salt and ¼ tsp of crushed black pepper in the mixer jar. Now grind them finely and take them out in a bowl. In this way fasting chutney will be ready.
Process of steaming Fara
Put 2-2.5 cups of water in the pan and heat it till it comes to a boil. Meanwhile, grease a sieve, which comes on top of this pan, with the oil of fasting. Now put the fara on it. When the water comes to a boil, keep the sieve on the pan, cover it and let it steam on medium flame for 15 minutes. After the time is up, take out the sieve and keep them to cool down. In this way the fara will be steamed and ready.
Process of frying Fara
Put 1 tsp of oil in a pan and heat it. Put 2 tsp of sesame seeds and 2 green chilies (cut it lengthwise) in hot oil and fry them lightly.
