How to make Filter Coffee
South Indian Filter Coffee
Take a south Indian Coffee Filter, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Coffee and press to make it even.
Add the boiling Water then, remove the presser. Cover and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes to prepare a coffee decoction.
After 20 minutes, the coffee decoction is ready. Add 1 teaspoon of Sugar in the tumbler to make Coffee. Add decoction, boiled milk and shake it by tossing. The south Indian Filter Coffee is ready to be served.
Moka Pot Coffee
Take a Moka Pot, open it by revolving it, add coffee in it. Add the lukewarm Water at the bottom of a container. Add the Water in it, fit it over it, add coffee in it, fit the upper portion over it. Screw it to make the decoction in it, place a pot over the stand.
Switch on the flame and prepare the decoction. The decoction is bouncing so quickly so we will close the lid. The Decoction has collected on the container so switch off the flame.
The decoction has prepared, take a cup, add sugar in it along with decoction. Mix the sugar, add coffee decoction and pre-boiled milk. The mocha pot coffee is ready to be served. You can make coffee Dark by adding more Decoction in it.

- You can increase or decrease the quantity of Sugar according to your taste.
- We will keep the closed portion towards us and open portion away from us of Moka Pot so that the steam won't affect us.
