Summer is the time to satisfy all your sweet and chill cravings. Then comes to rescue, your ever favorite Lassi. Here are different varieties of Lassi you will love to have.

Ingredients for Punjabi Lassi : 

  • Curd- 1 cup 
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Curd Malai 

How to make Amritsari Lassi : 

To make Amritsari Lassi add 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and ice cubes.

Blend well. Pour in glass and serve chilled.

Ingredients for Strawberry Lassi :

  • Curd - 1 cup 
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp 
  • Ice cubes
  • Strawbwerries - 8 to 10 chopped  

How to make Strawberry Lassi : 

To make Strawberry Lassi add 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, some strawberry pieces and ice cubes.

Blend well.Pour in glass and serve chilled.

Ingredients for Rose Lassi: 

        • Curd - 1 cup 
        • Ice cubes
        • Rose syrup - 3 tbsp 

How to make Rose Lassi :

To make Rose Lassi add 1 cup curd, some rose syrup and ice cubes.

Blend well.Pour in glass and serve chilled.

Ingredients for Chocolate Lassi : 

  • Curd  - 1 cup 
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp 
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate Powder - 1 tbsp 

How to make Chocolate Lassi :

To make Chocolate Lassi add 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tbsp chocolate powder or cocoa powder and ice cubes.

Blend well. Pour in glass, garnish it with some chocolate syrup. and serve chilled.

Mango Lassi : 

To make Mango lassi add 1 cup curd, add mango pieces, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and ice cubes.  Blend well.Pour in glass and serve chilled.

Banana Lassi : 

To make Banana lassi add 1 cup curd, add 1 cup banana pieces, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and ice cubes.  Blend well. Pour in glass and serve chilled.

Cheeku Lassi 

To make Cheeku lassi add 1 cup curd, add 1/2 cup cheeku pieces, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and ice cubes.  Blend well.Pour in glass and serve chilled.

Kiwi Lassi 

To make Kiwi lassi add 1 cup curd, add 1 kiwi chopped pieces, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and ice cubes.  Blend well.Pour in glass and serve chilled.

Suggestions: 

  • If the fruits used for Lassi are sweet then take 1 to 1.5 cup of it. If tangy take 1/2 cup of it.
  • You can also blend in  2 fruits and make Lassi. 
  • You can adjust the quantity of sugar as desired. 
  • You can also use Rooh Afza instead of Rose syrup.
