Make a paste of tomatoes, green chilli and ginger. Pour oil in a pan and heat, in the hot oil put Heeng and Jeera. After Jeera is fried put Turmeric powder and coriander powder, stir 2-3 times with a spoon. Put the tomato paste and fry the spices till oil floats over them. Now put in the cream and fry spices for 2 minutes. According to how thick or thin you want the Tari add water, followed by salt and red chilli powder then mix well.
