    How to make Choliya Puri Choliya puri containing green gram is very tasty. We can make this on any festival or on any special occasion. Ingredients for making Choliya Puri Wheat flour (Gehun atta) - 1 cup or 150 gram Green peas (Fresh) - ½ cup or 60 gram Coriander leaves (Hara dhaniya) - 2 tbsp Fennel powder (Saunf powder) - 1 tsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) - 1 tsp Green chilly (Hari mirch) - 1 (Remove the seeds) Garam masala - ¼ tsp Salt (Namak) - ½ tsp or as per taste Ginger paste (Adrak paste) - ½ tsp Oil - To knead the dough and to fry the puris How to make choliya puri Wash the green peas properly. Remove all the extra water. Add the green peas to a mixer and grind well. Add green chilly as well and coarsely grind. Add the flour to a big bowl. Now add the paste of green peas and green chilly to it. Also add ginger paste, 2 tbsp oil, salt, fennel powder, coriander powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Now add a little lukewarm water to the flour and knead a hard dough, just like the one prepared for a puri. We have used ¼ cup water to knead this much dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes, the dough will set and will be ready for use. Apply a little oil on your hands. Knead the dough a little more and make it smooth. Break small balls from the dough. We will prepare 11-12 balls from this much dough. Press the balls and make a flat round. Prepare all the balls similarly. Cover the balls with a cotton cloth so that they do not get dry. Add oil to a pan and let it heat. Pick one ball and put it on a rolling board and roll out a disc of 3 or 3.5 inch. Roll out 3-4 puris and keep it on a plate. Once the oil is hot add a puri to the pan. Press it using a spatula. Change the side of the puri once it floats in the oil. Take out the puri once it is golden brown in colour from both sides. Fry all the puris in the same way. Take out the puris in a plate spread over a tissue. Hot and crispy green peas puri is now ready. Enjoy eating the puri along with the dish of aloo tamatar, aloo matar or any dish of your choice. You can also serve it with pickle, curd or raita. Suggestions : We can make the green peas puri in the same way just like the puri of hara chana. Quantity : 2-3 members Time : 30 Minutes

    Mam mujhe aap batayeh 1 cup 250 gram hota h na Maine aap ke bohot sari reciepes padi h jis mai 1 cup 150 ya fir 250 likha hota h mam mai bohot confused ho jati ho .

    mam agar humko black chikpeas puri banani hai to bheege hue chane mixer me pees kar bana sakte hain ya nahi ?
    निशा: अनुराधा, ब्लेक चने को भिगो कर पूरी इसी तरह बनाई जा सकती है, उनका छिलका काला और सख्त होता है, चने की दाल भिगो कर इसी तरह पूरी बना सकते हैं, ये पूरी ज्यादा सोफ्ट और अच्छी बनेंगी.
