    Kuttu Paneer Cutlets Aloo paneer kachori that is eaten during fast is very tempting and you will really like it. Ingredients for Kuttu Paneer Cutlets Boiled potatoes - 3 or 250 gram Cottage cheese (Paneer) - 100 gram Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (Finely chopped) Singhare ka atta or kuttu atta - ¼ cup or 30 gram Dry currants (Kishmish) - 1 tbsp Cashew nuts (Kaju) - 8 to 10 Green chilly (Hari Mirch) - 1 (Finely chopped) Black pepper (Kali mirch) - ½ tsp Sendha namak - 1 tsp or as per taste Oil - To fry the kachori How to make Kuttu Paneer Cutlets To make aloo paneer kachori, first we’ll peel off and kadukas the potatoes. Grind the cottage cheese and put it in a bowl. Add black pepper and sendha namak to the potatoes. Finally add 1 tsp singhara atta as well. Apply a little oil on your hands so that the potato does not stick to the fingers. To prepare the stuffing Cut the cashews into tiny pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli and cashews to the pan and roast a little. Now add grated paneer, sendha namak, black pepper, currants and coriander leaves. Keep stirring and roast for about 1-2 minutes. Our stuffing will be ready. Take out the stuffing in a separate bowl and distribute it into 8 parts. Prepare 8 balls from the aloo dough. Apply a little oil on your hands so that the dough does not stick. Take each ball in your hand press it till it becomes a flat round. Put 1 spoon of the stuffing in the middle of the kachori. Now close the kachori such that the stuffing is enclosed fully inside. Press it gently with your hands. Prepare all the kachoris in similar way. Put oil in a pan and let it heat. Put as many kachoris as can come at once. Turn on the side of the kachori once it floats and rises in the oil. Cook the kachori till it becomes golden brown in colour. Put the hot kachoris in a plate spread over a tissue. Fry and prepare all the kachoris in the same way. Piping hot crispy aloo paneer kachoris for fast are now ready. Serve hot aloo paneer kachoris with curd, coconut chutney or any chutney that is eaten during the fast. Suggestions Aloo paneer kachori is very tasty. You can make it for any party or whenever you feel like having it. You can use plain salt if you are not making these kachoris to be eaten during fast and can use corn flour or maida in place of singhara atta to prepare the aloo dough. Add masala as per your choice. Servings - 3 to 4 Time : 35 Minutes

    nisha ji...singhade ki ate ki jgah kya hum kuttu ka ata le sakte h.......or ye btaiye jb hum paneer ko fry krte h wo bhut pani chodta h....bhut patla ho jata h stuffing nhi.ho pati .....to aap btaiye ye kese bhara jayega
