    Nishaji main pehli baar aake link par comment kar rahi hoon because ab aapki taarif kiye bina raha nahi jaata aap ek kamal ki leady hai or usse bhi kamaal aapki receipe's hai aapka bahut-2 dhanyavad nisha ji. Jo aap humko itni saral or acchchi receipes sikhati hai..........:)

    Corn folur dalne k baad balls puri tarah se cover nahi hota jisse fry karte time cabbage jal jata hai . So this time thoda sa Maida add kar k kee thi. Bt pura ball complete cover nahi hota aur balls sare corn flour and maida ko absorve hoo jata hai aur cabbage ka layer jal jata hai . Isko avoid karne k liye kya karna hoga.

    Hi, I live in Canada and using your website I have made many Indian and Chinese recipes, but with this recipe I have a problem. When I make the manchurian balls they are really soft, even though I use corn flour/starch and then when I put them in the gravy they become super soggy. How can I make crispy, hard manchurian balls?

    nisha ji kya ham cookis bina oven k nahi bana skte ..mere paas chota oven ifb ka hai m us me kitne min rakho pls tel me.

    aapne manchurian me vinegar ka use nahi kiya, ar ingredients me aapne vinegar likha he, me aj saam ko manchurian banaungi plz muje bataye vinegar ka use karu ya nahi.

    Please provide accurate technical name of Ajinomoto is Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). It is called Aji-no-moto (meaning "essence of taste") because that was the brand name used when it was commercially manufactured in 1909. In most of the world people know it by Monosodium Glutamate. Thanks.
