Lets make Tofu Pea Curry.Ingredients for Tofu Pea Curry Recipe.Tofu (Soy paneer) - 250 gms.Peas - 1 cup.Tomato - 2-3Green chilli - 2Ginger - 1 inch long piece.Cream or malai - 1/2 small bowl.Oil - 3-4 table spoon.Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.Red chilli powder - less than 1/4 tea spoon.Garam masala - less than 1/4 tea spoon.Salt - according to the taste.Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon (chopped)Method - How to make Tofu Pea CurryMake a paste of tomato, ginger and green chilli. Mix cream into the paste and turn on the mixer once again for one round.Cut the tofu into square pieces and fry in a non-stick pan with little oil. Cut the tofu into 4-5 pieces and fry until they turn brown from both the sides. Take them out on a plate.
