    Spinach Namak Pare Recipe Palak namak pare are very crispy and delicious. These can be made on any festival or whenever you like. They are very tasty when eaten with tea or coffee. Come let’s prepare palak namak pare. Ingredients for making palak namak pare Maida - 1 cup or 125 gram Spinach puree (Palak puree) - ⅓ cup Gram flour (Besan) - ¼ cup or 25 gram Semolina (Sooji) - 2 tbsp or 20 gram Oil - To fry the namak para Cumin seeds (Jeera) - ½ tsp Red chilly powder (Lal mirch powder) - Less than ¼ tsp Black pepper powder (kali mirch) - Less than ¼ tsp Salt (Namak) - ½ tsp or as per taste Black cumin (Kalonji) - ½ tsp Chaat masala - ½ tsp Oil - Less than ¼ tsp (40 to 45 gram) How to make Palak Namak Pare Add maida in a big bowl. Add gram flour,semolina, cumin seeds, black cumin, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and oil to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Now add the spinach puree to it. Knead a dough of hard consistency just like the one prepared for a poori. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. The dough will set and will be ready. Knead the dough a little more to make it smooth. Break balls from the dough. We will be able to get 6 balls from this much dough. Take each ball in your hand and press it till it becomes a flat oval. Apply a little oil on the rolling board and rolling pin so that the dough does not stick. Roll out a thin poori. Now cut it into pieces of ½ or ¾ inch. We will cut it this way giving it a different shape using a pizza cutter. Prepare the remaining namak pare similarly. Check if the oil in the pan is heated. Now we will fry the namak pare. Fry the namak pare in medium hot oil. Put as many namak pare at one time as you can. Turn on the side of the namak pare once it floats and rises in the oil. Fry them on medium low flame. Cook the namak pare till it becomes golden brown in colour from both sides. Put the hot namak pare in a plate spread over a tissue. Fry and prepare all the namak pare in the same way. The time taken to fry the namak pare depends on its quantity. It takes us around 5-6 minutes to prepare namak pare of one time. Sprinkle a little chaat masala from the top and mix. This will increase the taste of the namak pare. When they cool down, you can put them in a container and store them for a month. Suggestions : You can make crispy coriander namak pare in the same way by making a paste of coriander leaves.

    Nishaji 1 cup maida is 125gms or 100gms.In u r mathri recipe 5 cups is 500 gms.pl clarify,as I m confuse.
    निशा: आरजा जी, ग्राम में माप दिया है, तव वह ठीक है, कप को लेवल करके भरे तो लगभग 100- 110 ग्राम मैदा आ जाती लेकिन कप को थोड़ा ऊपर तक भरेंगे तो मैदा 125 ग्राम हो जाती है, आप कन्फ्यूज न हों, इसे बनायें आप अच्छा बनायेंगे.

    निशा: गोधान जी, पालक से डंडिया हटाकर, पत्तियों को धोकर छलनी में रखकर एक्स्ट्रा पानी हटा दीजिये, और पत्तो को मिक्सर से पीस कर पेस्ट बना लीजिये, पालक प्यूरी तैयार है.
