    This recipe in EnglishGolden syrup is used for making cake, cookies and pancake. It looks like honey or corn syrup. Golden syrup is made during refining the sugar and is available only at big grocery stores. If golden syrup is not available to you make it at your home.Ingredients for Golden Syrup.Sugar - 1 cupLemon - 1 medium sizeWater - ¼ cupHow to make Golden Syrup at home.For making golden syrup use 2 utensils, one for caramelizing sugar and other for making sugar syrup. Both the utensil should have thick base. Equally add sugar to both the utensils. Squeeze lemon to get juice out of it.Add water in one utensil with sugar and place it on stove. Keep the flame medium and stir occasionally. Cook until it melts properly. When the sugar dissolves completely turn off the gas and add lemon juice to it. Lemon juice prevents sugar from getting caramelize again.Now place the other utensil on gas at medium flame and stir constantly. In few moments it will start to melt. Keep stirring constantly. Cook until it melts properly and gets caramelized. When form starts to from at the surface of the sugar and it starts to caramelize then reduce the flame to minimum and add the warm sugar syrup into it with spoon in little quantity at a time and keep stirring it constantly. Make sure the sugar syrup is warm. If the sugar syrup is not warm it may lead to formation of lumps in the caramelize sugar.When sugar syrup mixes nicely into the caramelize sugar, then turn off the gas. Strain the mixture once it cools down a little. Don’t wait for getting it cooled down completely as the golden syrup may become thick and it would be difficult to strain it.Golden syrup is ready. Use it for making cake, cookies or cold drinks.Suggestion:If you wish to have nuttier flavor then after squeezing the juice from lemon, finely chop its skin and add once when sugar caramelizes.If the golden syrup is too thick then add more water into it.

    nisha didi golden syrup ek bar banake rakhne ke baad kitne din use kar sakte hai?aur ye bottle mein bharne ke baad bahot gadha to nahi ho jayega ?

    Nisha ji kya hum is syrup me "rasna" ya ru afja ke flavour dal ke use kr sakte he aur agar ye flavour dale to syrup kitne din tk use kiya ja sakta he.
