nishaji kay ya achar ko dhoop may rakhtay hay. निशा: वैशाली, अचार को धूप में रखना आवश्यक तो नहीं है, लेकिन किसी भी अचार को धूप में रखने से उसकी सैल्फ लाइफ बढ़ जाती है.

Namaste Nishaji,Maine gatte ka achaar 2-times banaya..but dono dafe gatte tight rah jate hai...soft nahi hote....?..please aap iska koi solution bataye..kya gatte ke achaar ko dhoop mai rakh sakte hai?....I appreciate your help..Thanks.. निशा: केडीसिंह, गट्टे का अचार धूप में रखने से तो सोफ्ट नहीं होता, लेकिन अचार धूप में रखा जाय तो वह ज्यादा दिन चलता है और स्वादिष्ट हो जाता है.

Oh its good to see gatte ka achar. my son like gatte k sabzi v.much. i will make it for him when he join his duty aftr some time. i think it would a grt surprize for him and he would like it.can we mix ghee/refined oil in gatte for its softness.thnx a lot
