तनवी जी, हमारे यहां सफल फ्रोजन मटर मिलती है जो खाने में बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट होती है. आप फ्रोजन मटर को गुनगुने पानी में नमक डालकर 5 मिनिट तक भिगो दीजिये, और बाद में 2 बार साफ पानी से धो कर सब्जी बनाइये. मेरा सोचना है कि आपकी समस्या दूर होनी चाहिये.

yah sabji kewal gol baigan ki hi banti hai ya lambe baigan bhi use kar sakte hai. निशा: बैगन कोई भी लिये जा सकते हैं, लेकिन कम बीज वाले बैगन स्वाद में अच्छे होते हैं.

Madhulika ji mai. Daily last 6 month se kafi dishis try karta hu kafi seekhane ko mila but kafi recipies like dhokala n all kafi sanan waist hua ajtak dhokala nahi bana sahi se

Aunti daal bnate time daal or pani ka anupat kitna rakhein jisse ki pani pressure cooker se bahr na nikle plz btaye निशा: रेनू जी, कुकर में दाल और पानी की मात्रा 1/3 से अधिक नहीं भरा होना चाहिये कुकर से पानी बाहर नहीं आता.
