buthae ke parathaye 1 aur tarikae se baanaye ja sakte hai pehle buthaa saaf kar le phir usme thoda paani dal kar cooker mai 1 sitti laagakar boil kar le phir thanda kar ke uska paani nichod kar mixer mai pees le phir is mai boiled aloo milakar usme namak mirch dal kar parathe bannaye. ye paarathae bahut tasti bannte hai.

A tip: Serve bathua paratha with amla dal or any citrus veg. or fruit recipe, this would ensure our body absorbs all the iron, calcium and nutritious goodness of bathua.Thanks.

Dear Nisha,I lost my mother 14 yrs back . but i still remember her Allo bathua paranthas. I used to eat 4 big ones made by her hands in my youth days. today at 54 i can hardly eat one. but still i love the taste.she trained me to make them .your receipe is same as hers. she use to mix boiled aloos and bathua along with masalas in wheat and gram flour and knead them all to make paranthas . Tomorrow i am going to enjoy them in my breakfast with slightly altered instructions to our maid from your receipe. निशा: डा.जी, मैं सोच सकती हूँ, इस थोड़े से चेन्ज ने परांठे को और भी अधिक स्वादिष्ट बना दिया है, बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद.

क्या बथुऐ को काट कर उसमें मसाला मिलाकर आटे की पेड़ी में भर कर (बिना बथुऐ को पकाए अर्थात कचे को) भी परांनठा बनाया जा सकता है ?
निशा: महाबीर जी, आप इस तरह परांठा बना सकते हैं लेकिन आसान तरीका है कि बारीक कटे बथुए को आटे में मिलायें, मसाले भी डालें और परांठे बनायें बहुत अच्छे परांठे बनेंगे.
