How to Make Tawa Masala powder
Tawa masala is while preparing stuffed vegetables, bitter gourd, lady finger, brinjal or Paneer Tawa Masala. It increases the flavour of Tawa Masala Vegetables, you can get it from the market but the one made at home has a different taste. So let us prepare Tawa Masala Powder.

Ingredients for Tawa Masala Powder
- Coriander (whole) - 2 tbsp
- Saunff(fennel) - 2 tbsp
- Jeera(cumin seeds) - 2 tsp
- Methi seeds - 2 tsp
- Red chilly - 3 to 4
- Heeng(asafoetida) - 1 to 2 pinch
- Black pepper - 2 tsp
- Clove - 1/2 tsp (12-15)
- Cinnamon - 2-3 pieces
- Elaichi(cardamom) - 6 to 7
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp(if you want)
- Amchur(mango) powder - 2 tsp
How to make Tawa Masala Powder
Clean coriander, Saunff, Methi, Jeera and put them on a hot Tawa(flat pan) to roast. Peel the Elaichi.
Add red chillies, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, and Elaichi to the roasted spices. Allow the spices to cool off then grind them. Put turmeric powder and Amchur powder to these grounded spices and mix.
Whenever you make stuffed vegetables add salt to taste and use this Tawa Masala Powder.
