Atta Ladoo Recipe - Wheat Flour Laddu
Atta laddo can be prepared instantly and easily. You'll relish eating these, especially in winters.

Ingredients for Wheat flour Ladoos
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Tagar or Boora - 1.25 cup
- Ghee - 3/4cup
- Cashews - 8-10
- Green cardamom - 4
How to make Wheat Flour Laddu
Add 2/3 cup of ghee in a wok and allow to it melt. Now add flour in melted ghee and stir constantly. Roast the flour on medium flame until it turns light brown in color and you get good aroma. Take out roasted flour in a plate and allow to it cool.
Peel and make powder of cardamom. Cut cashews finely.
When flour is slightly hot, add tagar and mix really well. Also add cashews and cardamom powder.
Take little amount of mixture in your hands and roll giving it a round shape. Place the laddo in a plate. Likewise prepare all laddos.
Wheat flour laddos are ready. Store in air tight container and relish eating for up to a month.
If the mixture appears to be dry and binding laddos is getting difficult then add some more quantity of ghee (melted) in the mixture and mix well.
