6 Healthy Tiffin recipes for School Kids

It becomes very difficult every day to make something new for children to give in tiffin. Removing this dilemma of yours, today we are going to make 6 different recipes for children's lunch. It is very easy to make and every recipe will taste amazing. Along with being full of taste, every recipe will also be beneficial for health. So with this easy method, you can also make these 6 different recipes for children's lunch and make them taste their wonderful taste.
Process of making Meetha Poha
Wash 1 cup of poha thoroughly and drain the water immediately. Then put 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sugar in it, mix it well and keep it for 10 minutes. Put 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it. Put 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds in hot oil and let it crackle.
After the mustard seeds crackle, add 2-3 tbsp of peanuts and fry them a little on low-medium flame. When the peanut smells good, cut 8-10 curry leaves and put them in it. Stirring lightly, add 1 pinch of turmeric powder to it and stir it lightly. Then add poha to it - mix well on medium flame.
When mixed, add 1 tbsp of raisins and 1 tbsp of grated fresh coconut. Mix them well, add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix it well. In this way sweet poha will be ready. Pack these in lunch and give it to the kids and you too can enjoy its taste.
Process of making Paratha Pack
Put 1 cup of wheat flour, 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of ghee in a bowl. Knead the dough by adding water little by little after mixing them. After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, put 1 tsp of ghee in the pan and heat it. Put 1/8 tsp of cumin seeds in hot ghee and fry them lightly. Then add 1/8 tsp of turmeric, 1/4 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 capsicum finely chopped and 1/4 tsp of salt. Roast them lightly, add 1/2 tsp of grated ginger and fry them on high flame.
After roasting, mash 1 medium sized boiled potato, mash a little paneer, add some green coriander and 1/8 tsp of kashmiri red chilli. Mix them well and mash them and fry them. Take it out on a plate and let it cool slightly.
Mash the dough and break the dough. Roll it into a round shape and wrap it in dry flour. After rolling, spread some ghee on it. Then close it, press it and wrap it in dry flour and roll it back slightly thick. After rolling, heat the pan and put the paratha to roast.
Apply ghee on both the sides and roast it till brown spots appear. Then fold it by keeping the stuffing in half on one side. Press it and roast it lightly from both sides. Now cut it into pieces and pack it in tiffin.
Process of making Crispy Idli
Mix 1/2 cup of semolina, 2 tbsp of gram flour and 1/2 cup of curd in a bowl. Then add some water to it and make a batter. Cover it and keep it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add some water to it and make it like a normal idli batter.
Then add 2 tsp of grated carrot, 2 tsp of finely chopped capsicum, a little green coriander and 1/4 tsp of grated ginger. Mix them well and add 1/4 tsp of salt to it. Then add 1/4 tsp of eno fruit salt and some water and mix it well.
Now heat ghee in a pan on low flame. Put some mustard seeds in hot ghee and let it crackle. Then put the batter in it, pour ghee all around, cover it and cook it on low flame for 3 minutes. After the time is over, pour some ghee on it, flip it and cover it back and cook for 3 minutes.
When cooked, take it out and make the rest in the same way. In this way crispy idli will be ready. Pack it with chutney and give it to the tiffin children.
Process of making Pancake
Put 1/2 cup of semolina, 1/2 cup of curd, 1 piece of paneer, 2 tbsp of gram flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, some ginger and 3-4 green chilli pieces in a mixer jar. Grind them finely. Take it out in a bowl and add some water and mix it well.
Then add 2 tsp of grated carrot, 2 tsp of finely chopped capsicum and 1 tsp of green coriander in it. Mix them well. Heat the pan, put some ghee in it and heat it. Now spread small pancakes. Then cover them and cook on the flame for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, turn them over and cover them and cook for 2 minutes. Then take them off and roast the rest in the same way. In this way pancakes will be ready. Pack them in children's tiffins and give them.
Process of making Paneer Chilla Recipe
Wash 1/2 cup of moong dal and 1/4 cup of rice thoroughly and soak them in water for 2 hours. Then remove their water and put them in a mixer jar. Also add 1 green chilli, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/3 tsp of salt and 3-4 tbsp of water. Grind them finely. Take it out in a bowl and add some green coriander and mix it.
Grate 1 piece of paneer on a plate. Add 1/4 tsp of salt, 3-4 green chilli pieces, 1 tsp of green coriander and 1 tsp of finely chopped tomatoes to it. Mix them well. Now heat the tawa, spread ghee on it.
Then pour water on the pan and let it cool. Now spread the chilla by pouring 2 spoons of batter. Turn up the flame and pour ghee around the chilla. Roast it till it turns light brown from below. Then turn it over and cook it from the other side as well.
When roasted, keep the stuffing on half of it, fold it and take it off. Then cut its pieces and pack them in tiffins.
Process of making Bread Pizza
In a bowl take 2 tsp of finely chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp of finely chopped capsicum, 2-3 tsp of small shredded paneer, a little salt, a little oregano, a little crushed black pepper, a little chaat masala and 2 tsp of diced cheese put it. Mix them well.
Take 2 bread slices. Spread pizza sauce on them. Then put some stuffing on them. Also put some diced cheese. Now heat the pan and pour some ghee on it. Place both the breads on it, cover and cook till the cheese melts. Then cut them out and pack them in tiffins.
