Summer Special Whole Wheat Flour laddu Recipe
To give strength and taste in summer, today we are going to make Atta ke Ladoo. It is very easy to make them and they will be ready in a jiffy. Their taste is amazing and one laddu will give you strength for the whole day. In this we will put less dry fruits, so that their effect will not be hot. So with this easy recipe, you can also make Atta ke Ladoo and enjoy their taste with your family.
Ingredients for Summer Special Atta Ladoo
Ghee - 1 cup (200 grams)
Semolina - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Wheat Flour - 1 cup (150 grams)
Milk - 1/2 cup (8 tbsp)
Watermelon Seeds - 1/4 cup
Boora - 1.5 cups (250 grams)
Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp
Process of making Summer Special Atta Ladoo
Put half of 1 cup of ghee in a pan and melt it. Then add ½ cup of semolina to it and fry it for 2 minutes while stirring continuously on low-medium flame. After roasting, add 1 cup of wheat flour and fry it while stirring continuously.
While frying the flour, if the dough gets on the spatula, then take it out with a spoon. When the dough seems too dry, add some ghee to it and fry it while stirring it continuously. Reduce the flame to low when the flour changes the colour slightly and after it smells good.
Then add ½ cup of milk one by one spoon and fry it while mixing it. After adding milk, keep the flame low-medium and fry it while stirring continuously till it becomes churma. After roasting, take it out in a bowl and cool it.
Now put ¼ cup of watermelon seeds in the same pan and fry for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Once roasted, take them out on a plate. When the mixture cools down, add 1.5 cups of boora, roasted watermelon seeds and 2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix it well.
If it seems too dry after mixing, then add melted ghee to it. Mix it well and make laddus of whatever size you want. In this way, the atta ladoos will be ready, serve them and enjoy their taste.
Roast semolina and flour on low-medium flame.
After adding milk, it is to be roasted till the grains of semolina flour bloom.
