    Hi Nisha,   I want to cook Mathri, but there is difference between Ingredients & at time of cooking ( materials ). so please let me know the correct thing to take.. In the ingredients you put 500 gm. maida & 500 gm. sugar but iat the cooking video you told to take 2 cup maida & 1 cup sugar. so I'm confuse so let me know ASAP. Thanks, Nayana......

    hume aapjaisi boondi  banaye lekin 1 kilo banayi bundi aur chsni bhi acche se banayi lekin usko chasni i think kam pad gayi .. q ki jab hum ne boondi  ko chasni meine dala toh puri tarah se absorbe ho gayi  aur 1 /2 ghante bad  jab meine laddo bana rahi thi tab woh ban nahi rahe the... aur abto woh boondi sweet ho gayi plzz help me mam....plzz send any advice.........

    Hello nishamadhulika ji, I made rasgullas. Sponge was fine. I have doubt about following : 1. Flattening of rasgullas. 2. The colour of rasgullas turned cream. 3. There was ghee droplets floating in chasni after pressure cooking rasgullas. Please let me know my mistake....
