whipped cream

i want to ask that what type of fat cream is to be used to make whipped cream either it is cream of boiled milk or unboiled milk, or whether it is to be freshed or 1 - 2 days old can be used or not? i use 1 day old milk cream of boiled milk and i use hand manual blender but it converts into butter, also i goes step to step but didn't get required result...

regarding wheat chappati

when I fold the chappatis to put it in the lunch box, it always break from the centre....I dont know why??? i tried both methods by making it on the tawa and gas flame...but in both cases the result is same... Can anybody helps??? any suggestions please??...

parata doubt

mam , when ever i try to make aloo parata the filling comes out while rolling and flattening the parata and it sticks to the rolling pan . so i put more dry flour on top of it and rolled it . the parata came hard . can you please give some tips to make nice paratas....

Meri kitchen mai 3 mahine pahle mai 3kg chole/kabuli chane laayi thi unka maine use bhi kiya lekin usmai se lagbhag 2kg chole mai se kuch mai keede lag gaye hain aur kuch sahi dikhte hain.......
