Easy Chocolate Clusters Recipe
We have already prepared molded chocolate candy from chocolate which is most favorite of kids and young generation. Today we will make dry fruits stuffed chocolate clusters. Clustered chocolate can be prepared with many ingredients. You can use any dry fruit of your choice like roasted peanuts, roasted chana, cornflakes, and popcorn. To make clustered chocolate sweeter you can add white compound (white chocolate) in dark compound (dark chocolate). This will also enhance the taste of chocolate.

Ingredients for Chocolate Clusters
- Dark compound - 250 grams (cut into fine pieces)
- White compound - 125 grams (cut into fine pieces)
- Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
- Walnut - ½ cup (cut into fine pieces)
- Almonds - ½ cup
- Cashew nuts - ½ cup
- Peanuts - ½ cup (roasted and peeled)
How to make Chocolate Clusters
Firstly roast dry fruits. Add almonds in pan and roast for 2 minutes on medium flame. Like wise roast walnuts and cashew nuts separately and take them out.
For melting chocolate, add half the amount of dark compound and white compound in a microwave safe bowl. Place the bowl inside and microwave for 1 minute. Take out bowl and stir chocolate with help of a spoon. Chocolate has started melting. Place back the bowl and microwave for 30 seconds more. Take out the bowl and stir nicely with spoon. If chocolate is not melted then microwave it for 10-20 seconds more. Now keep stirring the chocolate until it melts completely and appears smooth. Let the chocolate become bit frigid.
Add 4-5 drops of vanilla essence in melted chocolate and mix almonds into it. Take 4-5 chocolate coated almonds and place them on butter paper. Like wise place all chocolate coated almonds on butter paper. Prepare all clustered almonds like this. It takes 10 minutes to set the clusters during winter. In summers place the butter paper in freezer for 10 minutes. Almond clusters will be ready.
Mix cashew nuts in rest of the chocolate. With help of spoon take 4-5 chocolate coated cashews and place them on butter paper. Like wise prepare all cashew clusters. Keep them aside for 10 minutes so that they get set.
To make walnut clusters; take dark chocolate and white chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir nicely with spoon. Chocolate is not melted, microwave for 30 seconds. Take out the bowl and stir until chocolate appears smooth and melts completely. Mix vanilla essence and walnuts in melted chocolate. With help of spoon take out chocolate walnuts and place them on butter paper. All chocolate clusters are ready. Keep aside walnut clusters for 10 minutes.
For making peanut clusters, melt the chocolate with same procedure and like wise with help of spoon takeout chocolate coated peanuts and place them on butter paper. Keep aside the chocolate cluster for 10 minutes so that they get set.
After chocolate cluster get set, separate them from butter paper and store in a container. Tempting and lip smacking clusters are ready. Enjoy eating for up to 2 months.
- Chocolate is very sensitive, if heated excessively it tends to harden up instead of melting making it difficult in preparing chocolates. Microwave chocolate for 1 minute, stir it nicely and then microwave for 30 seconds more. If chocolate is not melted then microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Chocolate is also sensitive to water, even one drop of water will make it difficult to set chocolate.
