    hello nisha didi... how r u ???ye recipe bahut hi achhi lagi... me jalldi hi banane ki try karungi... vade dekh ke muhh me pani aa gaya.. ab to jaldi hi banani padegi...vese meri ab shadi ho gayi he.. to mere habby ko ye banake khilaungi to vo bahut khush honge...thank u didi...

    निर्मल, वड़े 2 दिन तक कलमी बड़े रखकर खाये जा सकते हैं, लेकिन गरमा गरम कलमी वड़े बहुत ही लाजबाव लगते हैं.

    aunty,i had tried kalmi vade,besan barfi,poha cutlet and sooji dhokla....my family liked it..and amazing fact is that at first tym these recipes came out perfectly.....

    Madam,Thank for guiding us. I like your recepies and these are very easy. One this I want to know what is Tukariya in Faluda Kulfi? Is it necessary to add or some other substitute is there.
    निशा: निर्मल जी, तुकमारिया तुलसी के बीज होते हैं, इन्हैं भिगोकर फालूदा में यूज किया जाता है, ये बीज बहुत ही तराबट ठंडक देते हैं, ये फालूदा स्पेशल हैं, इन्हैं डालकर फालूदा बनायें तो बहुत अच्छा है, अगर आपको नहीं मिल पा रहे हों तो फालूदा बिना इसके ही बनाया जा सकता है, स्वाद में ज्यादा फर्क नहीं आयेगा.
