    This dish is really very tasty... i've tried it... but is it possible tht rather than deep frying the arbi we can do sumthing else...to make it healthy n less calorie dish.

    Hi Nisha, This is my husband's all time favorite recipe. Albiet i made it a bit differently by roasting the besan first and then straightaway doing an ajwain tadka with all masalas and roasted besan and then add arbi to coat and brown in it. I will surely try your version as well. I stumbled upon your website whilst searching for Karonda-mirch recipe and i swear i have never seen any website which have recipes so close to what my mom cooks back home. This is such a bliss to refer to your website without disturbing mom over the phone from the US in odd hours of Indian time zone. Kudos to you !!

    mam, besan me oil bhi sath me dalna hai ya vo fry ke liye likha huwa hai... pls jaldi reply kijeye, meine already arbi boil kar li hai

    nisha ji, besan sek k masale milana hai ya aise hi masale besan me dal kar arbi p lapetna hai, kyuki bina sika besan to kachha lagega taste me
