if i dont have oven/tandoor then how should i make it. If you insist on buying oven then which one should i buy OTG or microwave.
Nisha: हिना जी, बाटी और नान के लिये तो तंदूर ही अच्छा रहता है. वैसे बाटी तो बहुत ही पहले की डिश है, उस समय ये तंदूर थे ही नहीं, बाटी को कडों (उपलो) पर पकाया जाता था

i love dal bati .but i know that with bati there is urad , moong, chana dalused. ndthere is tadka of lahsun soplz tell me the how i make dal with lasuntaqdka
