ur paratha recipe is very fine i will try it.lekin apni har recipe main is baat ka jikr jaroor karien ki jo recipe aap bata rahe hain usme dee gayee quantitiy kitne persons ke liye sufficient hai.isiliye apke parantha recipe mai main confused hoon ki char persons ke liye kitna cup moong dal sahi quantity main honi chaiye. निशा: पवन, इतने आटे को 3-4 सदस्यों को परोसा जा सकता है, आप आटे को 2-3 कप तक ले सकती हैं.

Yes, u can. But I have different version . First soak chana dal for 4 hours. Then fry some onion with spices and cook dal for 1 pressure and let it cool and add lemon juice & garam masala and coriander leaves.Now grind it. leave it bit coarse. Now u can use this as filling. Trust me u will be star.
