Mam ye recipe dekh kar me apna ek anubhav batana chahti hu. Jab gili haldi bajar me mil rahi ho tab jate hue season me ye thodi sakht aur moti tatha bahut kam gili ya lagbhag sukhi sukhi si aati he tab ise chips ya tukde kar ke sukha kar pis le to bahut badhiya haldi powder ghar me bana sakte hai. Isme jo swad aur sugandh he uski bat hi kuch aur hai.
