Hi Nisha, Your receipes are excellent, besides we can use most of them for Navratras also, since you don't use onion/ garlic in most of your receipes. That takes away a lot of my tension for Navratra receipes. We almost , in all the receipes use onion/ garlic. I couldn't imagine making subji, so tasty, without onion/ garlic. Thanks for being there. I really love your receipes.

1/2kg. mawa kitne lit.doodh se banega निशा: छाया जी, सामान्यतया एक किलो दूध से 250 ग्राम मावा बन जाता है. यदि दूध में पानी की मात्रा अधिक हो तो मावा का अनुपात भी कम हो जाता है.

nisha ji , ye mawa bhuna hua hai ya abhi isko bhun na bhi hai ... निशा: सुचि आप मावा बना रही है उस समय ही उसे अच्छी तरह भून सकती है, नहीं तो जब आप मावासे कुछ बनाने जा रही हैं तब उसे भूनते हैं.

NishajiMaine ghar par mathura ke pede try kiya tha . Maine ghee mein khoye ko bhuna tha par jab khoya thanda ho gaya aur maine usme boora mila diya tab uske laddu ban nahin paye. Woh khila khila tha निशा: शालू वह बहुत ज्यादा ठंडा हो गया, आप इसमें एक टेबल स्पून गरम दूध डाल कर मिला लेती है तो पेड़े बन जायेंगे.
