    Hi Nisha ji, mujhe kafi dino se sabhar aur dosha ko banane ki bidhi janne thi thank for this recipes. lekin ek bat mujhe janni hai ki 10-12 ghante ke liye dhak kar rakhna hai kya pls pls reply me.

    nishaji mujhe ek baat puchni jaise winter days mein carrot,etc jo sabjiyan hoti hai wo to summer days mein milengi nhi, to hum unki jagah is recipe main aur baaki recipe jaise soups mein kaunsi sabjiyan daal sakte hai...ek aur baat puchni hai k jaise hum mango ka aamchur bana lete hain winters mein use karne k liye kya waise hi hum carrots,etc ko sukha kar rakh sakte hain summers mein use karne k liye...agar yes tp plzzz iske baare mein bhi bataiye....thnxx a lot....

    nisha ji thanks hume itni accha accha khana banana sikhane k liye,,,,,, mujhe aap ki thodi si healp chahie, actually mujhe PAPAYA SHAKE bahut pasand hai , par mainabhi pregnant hoon 4th month ahi . to kya main ab papaya shake le sakti hooon. actually mujhe mere doctor ne mana kiya tha starting main......... plz healp me,
