Asal mein to kadhi ke liye mattha hi prayog hota tha... wo mattha jo makkhan bilone ke baad bach jaata tha... Aaj kal wo milta nahi hai isi liye dahi lena padyta hai. Aur kadhi ke liye skimmed millk ya fat free doodh se bana dahi sabse uttam hota hai. Kyon ki mattha bhi makkhan nikalne ke baad hi mattha kehlata hai.
